Surejust Accumulator Tank with Fittings 5L

Versatile and reliable – the Surejust 5 Litre Supa Tank can be used as either an accumulator tank or a hot water expansion tank for marine and vehicle water systems.

When used as an accumulator tank, it’s installed on the cold water feed after the pump to reduce rapid pump cycling. Pre-pressurised to approximately 19 psi, it helps stabilise flow and minimise noise and wear on the pump.

As an expansion tank on the hot water side, it must be set above the pump pressure and below the PRV (pressure relief valve) rating to accommodate water expansion when heated. Ideal for use with calorifiers or marine hot water systems.

This 5 litre Surejust tank is supplied with mounting brackets and 13 mm ID hose tail connections. The hose tail can be unscrewed to reveal a 1/2" BSP male thread for alternative plumbing setups.
